Delivery From The Pain is a demanding top-down survival horror game in which, playing as one of the few humans who survived a violent zombie apocalypse, you must manage the few resources at your disposal to find shelter and try to locate and help other survivors. By mixing different game genres with great success, Delivery From The Pain is an interesting option for fans of zombies, complex crafting systems, and real-time tactical combat.

The controls in Delivery From The Pain are really simple: move your protagonist using the joystick located on the left side of the interface while tapping the button on the right to carry out various actions depending on the situation.

At your base, you can use the materials you get from different combats to create improvements to protect you from future zombie attacks, as well as new weapons and equipment to help you during missions. These missions range from looting an abandoned hospital to taking out a raiding party, and in all of them, you'll have to use your cunning to finish off your enemies while staying safe yourself.
